Sep is a multifamily real estate investor who has made an unusual transition from multifamily to portfolios of single family homes. When I first heard about the transition, I was a little skeptical. But the rationale for the shift makes sense and is sound. Sep has dealt first hand with the difficulties of managing economically challenged properties in rough neighborhoods.
